Home Performance Contracting
Some of the recommendations in your Energy Efficiency Report will require the services of a qualified contractor. We partner with you to complete your recommended energy improvements using our network of experienced and well-trained Home Performance Contractors.

As a Building Performance Institute (BPI) Accredited Contracting Company, we always inspect and test-out every home upon completion of work to ensure quality and safety. In addition, BPI provides 3rd party verification of Quality Assurance by regularly inspecting our completed projects.
In order to obtain the available incentives, many programs require that a BPI Certified Contractor documents the improvement work. With TerraLogos Home Performance Contracting, you obtain

All TerraLogos customers are given access to our on-line Improving Home Performance Guidebook©. The Guidebook provides information which will support the recommendations in your customized Energy Efficiency Report.
It includes explanations about why the recommended improvements are important and how they affect your home's performance. There is also detailed information on how to perform the improvements with descriptions of specific products to use.
This special feature of our service is exclusively available to our customers, free of charge, in a password protected client section. All this information is collected in one place, making it easy to retrieve when needed. In addition, as we make updates to the Guidebook©, they are immediately available to our customers.
